About this position

The In-process Inspection Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting in-process inspection and calibration practices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• To supporting in process inspection and calibration practice refers quality standard and product quality which Complied and aligned with international standards or regulatory or customer requirement.
• Interface with cross functional team such as engineering support, Technical and Manufacturing Excellence, Cl Team, suppliers, and R&D in term of in process inspection and calibration activities (test method, specification, References, procedure , acceptance criteria etc.).
• Support Groups in delivering in-house & regulatory standards of compliance to best business advantage in term of in process inspection and calibration.
• Training and competency assessment of in process inspection and calibration staff.
• To advise on, and assist with, practical of practical or in process inspection and calibration changes and improvements.
• To support audits for the group of inspection and calibration activities.
• Supporting Quality Project improvement and which related to in process inspection and calibration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field
• Experience of audits, applied and understanding on the compliance of international standard such as ISO 13485 , ISO 4074 , ISO 14971 , ISO 23409 , ISO/IEC 17025 , GMP or others related and calibration activities.
• Experience of laboratory testing of regulated products (ie Medical devices, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or equivalent).
