HSE Assistant Manager (Environmental Engineer)
About this position
The HSE Assistant Manager will be support HSE Manager to drive site KPIs follow objective and target. Implement and maintain Safety Health & Environment program to ensure the factory compliance with regulation and Reckitt standard and meet the expectation. Lead Environment matter such as Environment Reckitt standard, improvement project, Incident Investigation including ISO14001 and ISO45001 Management System.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintaining ISO 14001/45001 and Reckitt Standard, Lead on Internal audit program preparation revise related document, Operation procedure and control procedure effectiveness, follow up CAR/PAR closing.
• Review and advise any change of the factory such as new machine installation, process change to be support analysis environment aspect and Environment KPIs impact, advise or guidance to team follow the HSE Management System.
• Report Environmental performance in site scorecard / dashboard and corporate HSE data tracking system (Enablon) with Monitor and Analyze Environment KPIs & Key driven factors analysis report.
• Lead & Facilitate Monthly Environment Committee Meeting Improvement Projects.
• Provide environments improvement and timely update the legal and requirements related to environment standard and advise or give recommendations to management team.
• Participate daily operation meeting (L3) and day to day operation support.
• Inspect and assess the operation of the workplace. Initiative establish and implement on Environmental Promotion and Campaign.
• Assist HSE Manager of HSE Budget, Improvement plan and CAPEXs Improvement to achieve KPIs and site master plan.
• Annual Reckitt standard self-assessment and be support trainer for the standard and support KPIs education to cross functional.
• Escalate any significant, risk or improvement to HSE Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental engineering or Environmental management or other related fields.
• Environmental Certifications.
• Required License of wastewater controller.
• Preferred License of industrial waste controller.
• Preferred License of air pollution controller.
• Understand all applicable government of Thailand Environment Regulations.
• Good command in English communication.
• Minimum 8 years working experience as Environment or HSE in manufacturing site and have experience in EHS management system (ISO14001, ISO45001).
• Environment Improvement project management such as Waste/Water/Energy reduction.
• Product carbon footprint and consumption analysis is advantage.
