About this position

Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions. Updating and implementing all necessary policies, improving policies, and procedures related to logistics, as needed. Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by the Site Director.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities adhere to proper standards and cleaning procedures.
• Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements.
• Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors, vendors, including, coordinate with vendors to maintain document control to support external and internal audit.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Maintain updated filling system / documentation support for all data under GA responsibilities to reassure you that it’s ready when required.
• Ensuring work in progress as targeted, follow-up the working activities, and maintaining good budget control.
• Liaison with other related offices for sharing and co-operations. Informing regularly to upper offices as the work is done.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in BA, Admin, Secretary or the relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in administration, legal affairs, human resources, office administrative, secretarial work, customer service, or facilities management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English and Thai.
• Good interpersonal and communicational skills.
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office, PDF, WORD, EXCEL.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
