About this position

As a Facilities Manager for Reckitt, you'll ensure our physical infrastructure is as energetic and dynamic as our team. You'll be the heartbeat of operations, making sure that every aspect of our facilities meets and exceeds both our needs and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
• Formulate and execute a property strategy that perfectly complements our organisational objectives.
• Manage and streamline our space usage for peak efficiency.
• Supervise the upkeep and functionality of our facilities to provide the optimal working environment.
• Handle the communication infrastructures within our organisation, ensuring robust connectivity and seamless operation.
• Coordinate multiple sites with a strategic perspective, keeping our global initiatives aligned and on target.
• Uphold Reckitt's top-notch standards by ensuring compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
