Executive Payroll
About this position
The Executive Payroll position involves preparing, reviewing, and validating monthly payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing employee experience through effective payroll management.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, Review, and validate monthly payroll input.
• Should be able to prepare monthly input by analyzing HCM report with support of last month salary register.
• Upload final input on payroll vendor system (ADP Celergo, Day Force)
• Review payroll output by doing variance analysis and Input Output Analysis in excel using various excel functions.
• Responsible for maintaining SLA as agreed for assigned payroll with payroll vendor, country HR & Finance.
• Coordinate with HR and finance for payroll approval and bank disbursement.
• Support in enhancing employee Experience through resolving queries and issues on help desk tool.
• Responsible to validate all post payroll reports along with salary GL.
• Coordinate with Finance team for statutory payments and supporting proofs.
• Prepare compliance tracker for assigned market in terms of payment and timeline.
• Prepare regular and Ad-hoc MIS
• Perform Root cause Analysis of error in Payroll and follow up with relevant stakeholder for the same.
• Adherence to payroll calendar, Process and policies of company.
• Attend project calls to understand data requirement in details, attend Trainings, prepare UAT Scenario and perform them on test system.
• Provide Payroll advice to project IT to counter any contingency.
• Review and update country specific SOPs
• Assist in all types of Payroll Audit and dashboard preparation.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master’s degree (Full Time)
• Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or equivalent with 4 to 8 years of experience
• Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets functions such as Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Subtotal, if conditional formula etc.
• Knowledge of one or more of the payroll application systems preferred such as Celergo, Day Force, Alight, Global view.
