About this position

Reckitt is seeking an EHS Manager to champion environmental health and safety initiatives throughout its supply chain, aiming to nurture a culture of safety and excellence while leading continuous improvement in sustainable operations.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute robust Health and Safety strategies and policies, adhering to global EHS standards and local regulations.
• Perform risk evaluations, lead audits, and guide inspections, driving the creation of a safer workplace.
• Provide expert leadership and direction to regional EHS teams, upholding consistent Health and Safety practises across multiple sites.
• Engage with various departments to embed Health and Safety into all aspects of the supply chain.
• Plan and deliver comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes to staff and contractors.
• Oversee incident reports, conduct in-depth analyses, and develop actionable plans to avoid future incidents.

Requirements

• Solid background in global Health and Safety, particularly within supply chain operations of multinational businesses.
• Deep understanding of international Health and Safety regulations applicable to the supply chain context.
• Successful track record in rolling out global Health and Safety initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities and a history of influencing positive change within global teams.
• Skilled communicator with robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
