About this position

The position is the pivotal link between Category, Production, Supply, Sales/Marketing, R&D and QA. The overall aim of this important role is to enable projects to successfully achieve their target dates by liaising with all key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects. This role requires the job holder to work extensively with cross-functional team (internal and Global team) to ensure success so the ability to develop great relationships is critical.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service to achieve factory pack fill rate target
• Minimization of write off during run in/run out of EPD/ NPD projects.
• Co-ordination of Project approval system, you will be responsible for evaluation submissions and presenting to Gatekeepers.
• Chair of project planning meetings for all approved EPD/NPD changes to ensure projects are on track and you have accurate master data.
• Project Management of long-term factory projects as required.
• Provision of weekly update to all project champions, monitoring completion of required activity to ensure project deliverables are met within scope, resource, time, cost and quality.
• Influencing a wide range of people, both internal and external to resolve any issues to ensure agreed launch timings are met Negotiation with country and category marketing teams over launch formats / volumes / timings to agree achievable launch plans and minimize write off exposure
• Identifying the project team, communicating efficiently across management levels and escalating in a professional and timely manner when necessary.
• Accurate maintenance of SAP for BOM’s and LIP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields.
• Experience 5-8 years working experience.
• Have project management experience.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
