About this position

The TikTok Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives, while staying current with trends and fostering audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storylines for TikTok content that align with the brand's voice and marketing objectives
• Produce high-quality and visually appealing short-form videos for TikTok, utilizing the platform's features and trends
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and features to ensure content remains current and resonates with the platform's audience
• Incorporate trending hashtags, sounds, and challenges strategically into content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant TikTok communities
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand audience behavior and preferences
• Ensure all TikTok content aligns with the brand identity, maintaining a consistent and cohesive presence on the platform
• Contribute to the development of a content calendar to schedule and plan releases

Requirements

• Proven experience as a TikTok content creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, features, and best practices
• Proficiency in video editing tools and software
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and audience preferences
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform content strategy
