About this position

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for managing the recruitment process, acting as a partner to hiring managers, and attracting top talent to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of headcount.
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process that meets hiring needs.
• Utilize your expertise to identify, engage, and attract top talents through various channels.
• Proactively approach passive candidates who may be a good fit for the team and build a pipeline and robust talent network.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Updating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect company’s values, and the requirements for each position.
• Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
• Keep track of recruitment practices and use data to refine and optimize recruitment strategies to ensure efficiency and success.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to hiring manager and line-manager.
• Ensure the new hires database (HumanSoft) is accurately updated.
• Lead the Employer Branding initiatives and representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Provide ad hoc support to other HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and industry trends, with background experience in mass recruitment being an advantage.
• Proven track record of working effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Good knowledge of labor laws.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with all online recruitment channels.
