About this position

We are looking for an experienced Country Manager Thailand, Vietnam & Cambodia to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, develop our business and make the travel world better together!

Responsibilities

• Daily team management to achieve planned financial results of the division;
• Monitoring and analysis of staff KPI results;
• Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
• Helping the team to manage key partners;
• Hiring and training staff;
• Involvement in designing and implementing the division's marketing plan;
• Market research, analysis and forecasting

Requirements

• Successful experience of managing a team (sales managers or account managers) of at least three years;
• Professional experience in the travel industry, networking with the travel industry, i.e. travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) is required;
• An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organizational and management skills;
• An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
• English and Thai speaker
