About this position

The Vice President of Sales / Leasing is responsible for overseeing the sales and leasing operations, ensuring team performance, customer satisfaction, and effective management of various services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and provide support to help the team achieve their targets
• Rental Management; Foods & Restaurant, Fashion, IT, Banking and other services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address unresolved issues
• Co-ordinate and Control Decoration plan
• Ensure Security Deposit approved
• Market Survey, Collecting data and Compare
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least 15 years of experience as a team leader.
• Experiences in Retail, Community Mall will be advantage
• Leadership, Interpersonal and Negotiate skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication
