Digital and Technology Application Support Specialist
About this position
Responsibilities
• Control DT Application support KPI as individual.
• Understand and provide solution to support incidents/requests for all DT Applications.
• Maintain High DT Customer satisfaction level and Service level agreement for supporting domain.
• Monitor Availability, Integrity, Security, Confidentiality and Privacy of DT Application.
• Involve in DT compliance/audit with business users and internal/external auditors for DT Application.
• Be qualified DT Speaker to share technology/Application to all users.
• Be trusted advisor for implemented DT Application and involve during DT Application implementation phase.
• Be member of DT Application continuity plan and connect with Business owners for testing as regular basis.
Requirements
• BSc/B.Eng in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, IT or technology related field.
• Must have at least 1 full life cycle of ERP/CRM implementation such as Oracle, Salesforce, Sage, or other global ERP/CRM as equivalent.
• Strong Experience in Application implementation and maintain for at least 5 years and intensive hand-on for technical problem resolution for any of these solutions: Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and any other global ERP/CRM solution.
• Hand on experience in managing SEO & SEM, Analytics Tools (Power BI), Content Management Systems (CMS), Social media (LINE OA, Facebook,.etc), Microsoft Power platform (Form, Workflow, SharePoint, Power Automate,.etc).
• Familiar with using Microsoft365 as IT professional (Not user level).
• Understand and experience in various new technology (e.g. iOT, RPA, ML, Big Data).
• IT Work experience in Department store is a plus.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.
