Accounting Analyst
About this position
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for preparing account book closing, reconciling accounts, maintaining proper recording of company accounts, and preparing financial statements and tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
• Preparing account book closing in every period closed / year-end and all statutory accounts
• Reconcile the accounts between US GAAP and local accounting Financial Statements to ensure compliance with differences in reporting requirements.
• Direct the maintenance of proper recording of all company’s accounts in line with corporate guidelines and generally accepted accounting policies, and prepare financial statements and Corporate income tax returns as per company and regulatory requirements
• Prepare monthly reporting and submit financial performance to consolidate with the group companies
• Prepare BOT (Bank of Thailand) reporting and being as coordinator with BOT for any issues related to the DMS and all related reports submission to ensure that the company’s compliance with all required statutory procedure
• Monthly analysis on Balance Sheet and overhead expense
• Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR) to gather and share financial information
• Ad Hoc assigned by CFO
Requirements
• 5 years experiences in accounting or audit functions, prefer from audit firm.
• Have experience in SAP
• Having skill in Data analytic tools e.g. power BI, SQL is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work fluent in Microsoft office especially in advance excel and power point
• Experience in audit field and Bank or Non-Bank Financial services is advantage
• Good command in spoken & written in Thai and English
• Be able to work well with under pressure and be high commitment
