Senior Telesales Manager – Health Insurance Sales Operation
About this position
As the Senior Telesales Manager, you will take ownership of leading the health insurance telesales team and driving performance in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a crucial role in achieving the company’s health insurance sales targets, ensuring smooth operations, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the performance of the health insurance telesales team, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
• Monitor key telesales metrics and drive continuous improvement to achieve higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, marketing, IT, and operations to streamline workflows and optimize productivity.
• Develop and execute telesales strategies aligned with the company’s health insurance sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor top telesales talent, ensuring high motivation and engagement across the team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development programs for team members to achieve their best potential.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation and ensure a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of telesales performance, contributing to overall business analytics and strategic decisions.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in telesales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyze data, derive insights and implement changes to improve performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
