About this position
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Provide high-level IT support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT systems, ensuring they are secure and operational at all times.
• Installation & Configuration: Manage the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor IT systems for any potential issues, providing regular reports to management on system performance and incidents.
• Software Updates: Regularly update software and applications, ensuring all systems are running the latest versions and are secure.
• Internet Network Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's internet network, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
Requirements
Education and Experience -:
• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) essential for our diverse workplace.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to telesales operations and VOIP / FreePBX knowledge as a significant plus.
