About this position

The IT Support position at Rabbit Care involves providing technical assistance to the Telesales team, ensuring smooth operation of IT equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Telesales operations by installing, configuring, and maintaining their IT equipment and systems.
• Ensure optimal performance of computer systems and networks used by the Telesales team.
• Respond swiftly to service issues and requests, prioritizing timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with the Telesales team to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of Telesales activities.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends to suggest improvements for Telesales IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) essential for our diverse workplace.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably with exposure to Telesales operations.
