International Sales Consultant (Health Insurance)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Consult expatriates and high-net-worth individuals on health insurance products, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and monthly quotas set by the management team.
• Handle pre-qualified online leads with high conversion rates due to the strong intent to purchase.
• Conduct client consultations primarily over the phone, arranging face-to-face meetings as needed to close deals.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team for efficient post-sale administrative support, enabling a focus on sales.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through in-house and partner-led training sessions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with local and international insurance companies.
Requirements
• Open to Thai and foreign nationals. Being a foreigner can be advantageous for serving clients in their native language.
• Confident, self-driven, and enthusiastic individuals who can adapt to changing market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Experience in general insurance or life insurance is an advantage; however, comprehensive training is provided.
