About this position

The International Insurance Sales Consultant is a key role within Rabbit Care, responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities while delivering exceptional service to expatriates and high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities in the international insurance market, targeting expatriates and high-net-worth individuals.
• Achieve sales targets and monthly quotas set by the management team.
• Handle high-quality online leads provided by the company, which have a high conversion rate due to the strong intent to purchase.
• Conduct client consultations primarily over the phone, with face-to-face meetings arranged as needed to close deals.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure all post-sale administrative tasks are handled efficiently, allowing you to focus on sales.
• Continuously update your knowledge of insurance products through in-house training and additional training provided by our insurance partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international insurance companies, facilitating direct communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Thai and foreign nationals are welcome. Being a foreigner can be an advantage, allowing you to serve clients in their native language.
• The ideal candidate should be confident, self-driven, autonomous, and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to adapting to new market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
