About this position

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR function for Rabbit Care CNX office. This role requires a proactive HR professional who is attention to details and capable of driving HR initiatives also aligning them with Rabbit Care’s organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the recruitment process for CNX Thailand, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Corroborate with regional HR to Implement employee satisfaction surveys and address feedback.
• Assist leadership in CNX to monitor employee productivity and disciplinary actions.
• Act as business partner to the leadership team in CNX office related HR issues.
• Corroborate with regional trainers for training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Administer employee C&B, ensuring compliance with head office regulations and company policies.
• Ensure timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, and reports as required.
• Keep up to date with changes in employment laws and advise CNX management accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and HR performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
• Other tasks assigned by the Head of HR or Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional organization.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
