Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google ads as well as any other paid media according to campaign objectives for clients in a variety of industries (such as banking, insurance, real estate, automotive, e-commerce, beauty clinics) and for our own brand rabbit care primarily focusing on lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Research target audience, consumer demand as well as search engine keywords and establish effective bidding strategies
• Provide recommendations on budget allocation and targeting strategy to project managers
• Plan and estimate KPIs for the BD/Sales team
• Develop and recommend optimizations and testing plans
• Oversee campaign performance reporting and provide insightful recommendations with a clear summary and next step strategy to both team members and clients as well as regularly update them on goal achievement
• Develop strategies across all marketing channels to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency
• Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field at least 1-3 year media buying experience in performance-lead digital marketing company
• Strong paid media knowledge and experience focusing on lead generation and end-to-end e-commerce campaigns is required
• Advanced proficiency in optimizing Google Ads, Social Media Ads and other online marketing channels in order to overachieve KPIs (mainly CPL and CPA targets)
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to delivering high quality work
• Experience with keyword research and other online tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Keyword Planner
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certified is a plus
• Affinity to work with numbers, strong analytical skills as well as ability to structure and evaluate efficient A/B-tests
• Appreciate working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
