Affiliate Manager (Strategic Business Development Focus)
About this position
We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to build and strategize Rabbit Care’s affiliate program from the ground up. This role is critical for developing a high-performing network of affiliates across both online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive affiliate program strategy, including recruitment plans, campaign structures, and incentive schemes.
• Analyze and decide on optimal commercial models (e.g., CPL, CPA, or revenue share) based on product type and affiliate performance potential.
• Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure the program’s success and guide its growth.
• Identify and onboard high-value affiliates across online (e.g., bloggers, influencers, comparison sites) and offline (e.g., car dealers, travel agents) channels.
• Negotiate competitive and mutually beneficial terms to attract top-performing affiliates.
• Foster strong relationships with affiliates to maintain engagement, loyalty, and alignment with Rabbit Care’s goals.
• Design incentive structures that are attractive to affiliates while ensuring profitability for Rabbit Care.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmark competitor affiliate programs to ensure Rabbit Care remains competitive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate affiliate performance and implement improvements.
• Oversee the implementation of Rabbit Care’s affiliate tracking platform (e.g., Everflow) to ensure.

• Strong business development acumen to recruit and negotiate with affiliates (e.g., online publishers, influencers, and offline partners like car dealers and travel agents).
• Solid commercial understanding to design and optimize affiliate incentives that align with Rabbit Care’s growth goals.
• Strategic planning, operational excellence, and a results-driven mindset to scale Rabbit Care’s affiliate efforts in Thailand and Vietnam.
