Responsibilities
• Develop and handle all recruitment process since sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing and offering the job in order to get right person in timeline period.
• Drive the overall talent acquisition strategy, to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Mentor cross-functional project team members, and share implementation best practices with team.
• Develop and execute initiative Project; Universities Partnership, Internship Program, and others related.
• Involve in operations of requisition, set up hiring assessment criteria, collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, and propose hiring decisions and remuneration package.
• Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor or higher degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science, General Management, Psychology or other related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, especially both of Recruitment & HR Business Partner field, would be advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
• Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
• Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
• Good command of both verbal and written English is a must.
• Ability to proactively execute and manage multiple tasks.
