Senior Event Services Executive (URGENT REQUIRED)!
About this position
The Senior Event Services Executive is responsible for developing and managing event plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate both local and international events.
Responsibilities
• Develop the events and activities plans and manage to support sales collaboration with the operations team and implement within the timeline.
• Present event concept to customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction/ requirements.
• Collaborate with all concerned departments and customers to facilitate event projects both local and international.
• Negotiate with organizers and exhibitors in any related matters.
• Maintain good relationship with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor and collect feedback and suggestions for future events improvement.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of direct experience in Event or Project management specialized in event/exhibition service industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Service minded, dynamic with high level of initiative and creativity, able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English both verbal and written.
• Good interpersonal and coordinating skills.
• Highly responsible, patient and able to meet with strict deadlines.
