Project Sales Manager/Exe. - Exhibition (10 Months Contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• To plan business/sales strategies for the success of assigned projects.
• To prepare, implement, monitor and control sales activities of assigned projects.
• To ensure sales target in coordination with motivating sales team member.
• To guide, train and direct sales team on assigned projects.
• To assist Project Manager to prepare and submit accurate and weekly or timely reports.
• To create an open line of communication with sponsors, associations, exhibitors, prospects and attendees and maintain excellent relations.
• To prepare and present formal sales presentations to clients and assigned accounts.
• To develop and maintain database of sponsor, exhibitor and visitor prospect lists.
• To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
• To assist in consolidation of floor plan.
• To maintain high awareness of industry trends and players.
• Undertake other tasks as required by supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.
• 4 - 5 years relevant working experience in conference organizer / exhibition organizer / project management.
• Good computer literacy.
• Good command of spoken and written English (Able to use third language will be an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational and effective time management skills.
• Good ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic, result-oriented, flexible, and able to work overtime.
• Able to travel either to upcountry or abroad.
