Assistant Learning & Development Manager (URGENTLY REQUIRED!)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and provide instructors and courses whose qualifications align with the demands of the company.
• Manage and oversee the monitoring and evaluation of employee training and development programs, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Oversee for the training roadmap and the annual staff development plan.
• Develop and handle the onboarding process for new employees.
• Be the leader to proceed NCC Leadership Program and Talent Development Program (identify, assessment, development), would be advantageous.
• Develop and execute Succession Planning (identify successors and succession planning, monitor and consolidate succession planning progress), would be advantageous.
• Drive the organization's knowledge transfer and the development of the Train the Trainer program.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation related to ISO 20121, ISO 20200, ISO 9001, GMP/GHP, TMVS, TIS 22300.
• Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or higher Degree in HROD, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in organization development, people strategy, performance management, talent management, or related fields.
• Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
• Computer proficient, especially in using PowerPoint and Excel.
