Assistant Event Services Manager (URGENTLY REQUIRED!)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop the events and activities plans and manage to support sales collaboration with the operations team and implement within the timeline.
• Present event concept to customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction/ requirements.
• Collaborate with all concerned departments and customers to facilitate event projects both local and international.
• Negotiate with organizers and exhibitors in any related matters.
• Maintain good relationship with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor and collect feedback and suggestions for future events improvement.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields
• At least 5-7 years of direct experience in Event or Project management specialized in event/exhibition service industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Service minded, dynamic with high level of initiative and creativity, able to work under pressure
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal and coordinating skills
• Highly responsible, patient and able to meet with strict deadlines
