About this position

The Warehouse/System Accounts position involves managing daily warehouse operations and system accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily management of warehouse (receiving, issuing and stocking) or finished goods (packing, shipping and audit work) following SOP
• Responsible for periodically stock counting, and ensure the stock is consistent with the system account.
• Keep the working area clean according to 5S requirement.
• Responsible for the normal use and maintenance for equipment.
• Responsible for regular documents filing.
• Other job assigned by supervisors.
• Responsible for system accounting key in operation.
• Check documents and filing daily.
• Provide daily documents to related departments.
• Handle and record exception of system accounting.
• Other job assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Major in Administrative management or related working experience is preferred.
• English ability in writing, speaking and listening, speak in Chinese is plus.
• Familiar with software of office, excel and etc.
• Good attitude and Aggressive.
• Be responsible and positive, and good communication skill. Cooperate with overtime work and day/night shift.
