Responsibilities
• Log file/dump files gathering and analyzing.
• Cross function work to solve HW/SW issues.
• Setup HW/SW environment for remote debugging.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree and major in Information related subjects like, information engineering, information science or information management.
• Logical thinking.
• Good communication skill with English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows.
• Good time management with multiple-task.
• At least one year experience in IT industry.
