About this position

The Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of internal resources, managing production processes, and ensuring effective communication between the factory and customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning of internal resources and cross-departmental communication and coordination.
• Responsible for the production process, production line and environment establishment of related products in the factory.
• Responsible for the bridge between the factory and customers, and meet customers' needs for product production and shipment.
• Responsible for confirming the preparations for each stage of NPI, and ensuring that the products can be shipped smoothly.
• In the research and development stage, the introduction of new models of factory-side products, problem collection, analysis, tracking and improvement.
• Organize relevant units to carry out NPI (MP) problem analysis, material processing and quality improvement.
• The NPI stage collects and summarizes the production status and problems, and gives them to relevant units and customers in a timely manner.
• When customers visit, they are responsible for preparing relevant materials and reports.
• Maintain a good communication channel with customers or manufacturers, get timely support and solve production problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above.
• Project management, electronics, electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering related majors.
• 2 years working experience in server or optics related industries, working as MPM, factory manufacturing and project management.
• Possess office word processing skills.
• Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (TOEIC above 650 points), and can communicate with foreigners in English.
• Have good pressure resistance and communication and coordination skills, and have good management skills.
• Have factory process and project management experience (NPI and MP).
• Familiar with the hardware architecture and production process of Server and Rack or optics.
• Familiar with the process and operation of system factory assembly.
