About this position

The Lab Engineer is responsible for conducting test verification, formulating testing methods, and analyzing material properties to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out test verification work, issue test reports, and assist in problem analysis and improvement.
• Research and formulate product testing methods and standard specifications to ensure and improve product quality and standardized testing.
• In accordance with relevant operating procedures and standards, use SEM, FT-IR, and other equipment to characterize, detect and analyze material properties, and perform failure analysis on unqualified samples.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Major: material science, applied physics, chemical engineering and other related disciplines, with good English written and speaking.
• Familiar with Office software applications and operating system operations.
• Familiar with metal materials and elemental analysis.
• Familiar with organic/inorganic compound analysis.
• Familiar with PCB or PCBA related processes.
