About this position
The HR - Training position involves conducting training sessions, coordinating with relevant departments, and developing training plans to enhance employee potential.
Responsibilities
• Conducted the training and coordinated with relevant department both internal and external such lecturers, training institutes according to the annual training plan
• Organized the orientation and training
• Submitted the training course documents to the Department of Skill Development
• Developed and created the annual training plan which interested training courses and improve the employee's potentials
Requirements
• Graduated with Bachelor's degree in related major
• Experienced in related position at least 1 year
• Able to communicate in English or Chinese (is preferred)
• Experienced in submitting the training courses with the Department of Skill Development (is preferred)
