About this position

Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, handle forecast and support annual budget, monitoring budget expenses and control operating costs, analyzing variances of forecasting and budgeting. Other typical tasks for costing and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support timeliness and accuracy of the financial statements in key relevant areas
• Provide reporting and financial analysis to help control operating costs and improve profitability to all other departments.
• Prepare monthly forecast in area of assigned responsibility and support annual budgeting.
• Monitor business performance against budget and forecast and deviation analysis of the cost of goods sold and gross margin, by program growth profitability and other operating expenses
• Manage and control costing system, inventory, costing process to align with manufacturing process and transaction to general ledger, including inventory valuation.
• Ensure physical inventories process are comply with policy and monitors cycle count program and reconciles all types of inventories
• Analyzing changes in product design, raw material, manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on cost.
• To be a part to improve work efficiency and productivity and initiate cost saving and cost reduction and voice out any issues or problems with root cause analysis and corrective action on a timely basis. With including evaluate cost reduction submitted by other departments.

• To be a key person to develop Annual Budget, Long Range Plan and Forecast.
• Liaison and manage other stakeholder i.e. Auditor, Government Officer, Customers, ensure compliance with business and tax legislation.
• Ad-hoc assignment that make superiors meets his/her roles & expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years for experience related to costing/analysis function.
• Good analytical and communication skills, and good sense of business.
• Computer literate, advance MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and knowledge of ERP-Syteline is advantage.
• Good knowledge of Thai GAAP, taxation and willing to learn USGAAP.
• Familiar in multi-national manufacturing environment, understand SOX.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently, Self-motivated, Good service mind, Detail-oriented and organized.
• Mature, good team player, fun to work hard, able to handle multi-task, fast learning, detail-oriented plus sense of urgency.
• Able to work at AMATA City Rayong.
