Senior R&D Supervisor (Chocolate)

Responsibilities
• Define and implement the R&D strategy support business unit of Chocolate in the company.
• Promote innovation in the company, and will be team of business development to collaborate with sales, Marketing, technical advisor.
• Develop new product and adapt formulation of Chocolate products, Prepare prototype of product and ensure that meet the customer’s expectation and company’s requirements.
• Adapt existing formulation of Chocolate products, in purpose of cost reduction and other objective for efficiency improvement base on the customer’s expectation and company’s requirements.
• Sourcing new raw material for develop new product and adapt formulation of Chocolate products, and make sure that raw materials intending to use meet company’s requirements on every aspects(taste, quality, supply and process.
• Carry out pilot trial run of develop new product of Chocolate and coordinate to all concerning departments.
• Coordinate to all concerning departments in purpose of investigate and find corrective and preventive action of non conformity product and customer’s complaint.
• Coordinate to all concerning departments and customer in purpose of technical information about Chocolate products.
• Prepare, control and distribute new product development process to comply with company’s requirement.
• Respond to report problem of food safety issue to food safety team through channel as assigned.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in food science or related filed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Chocolate confectionery product.
• Good command of Spoken, Written, and Read English.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent communication skills.
• Good leadership & Coaching skills.
• Hardworking and positive attitude.
• Being proactive and approachable.
• Able to work under pressure.
• No colour blindness.
• Other knowledge of GMP & HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Halal, SAP system is advantage.
