Marketing Supervisor
About this position
The Marketing Supervisor at Puratos will develop and create customer awareness and experience for Puratos products through online and offline activation across various channels, including retail, industry, foodservice, and A&D.
Responsibilities
• Arrange and be a leader to promote products and services during events and seminar
• Coordinate the design of promotional material, point of sales material, sales tools, recipe sheet in relation to Finished Goods direction and distribute in online and offline channels
• Be a champion to support A&D channel for marketing support, demonstration event and distributor sales drive – additional work for the Marketing supervisor from marketing general A&D channel contributes to 22% for total business.
• Advertise our company and products/services on various media
• Lead digital marketing activity plan, brief and manage social media account of the company with daily coordinating with outsourced digital agency to accomplish the digital target and KPIs. To lead with the KOL activity that linked with the online marketing activity – additional work for the Marketing supervisor from marketing general.
• Set the up the e-commerce and plan on platform and process that align with the market potential and feasibility, to drive product awareness and do the promotion activity to drive sales through e-commerce. – additional work for the Marketing supervisor from marketing general.
• Produce marketing content and copy for our website/ social media – additional work for the Marketing supervisor from marketing general.
• Track ROI for marketing campaigns – additional work for the Marketing supervisor from marketing general.
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness – additional work for the Marketing supervisor from marketing general.
• Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
• Organize interviews and press conferences if needed
• Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
• Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
• Support team for key market data requested and market research from time to time
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 3 years' experience as marketing officer or marketing administration.
• Good command of Spoken, Written, and Read English.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
• Logical thinking.
