Key Account Specialist - Industry
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan, Execute, and Organize Sales and Marketing activities
• Plan and manage sales activities including demonstrations, seminars, concept promotions, ideas about application for our products.
• Engage with key customers to leverage company’s portfolio with product development ideas or product innovation needs.
• Develop and propose plan based on market assessment to accelerate business growth in the area.
• Explore new business opportunities with existing and prospective Retail channel customers.
• Plan, propose, and execute Sales Strategy tailored to key customers
• Align and execute priority of focus products.
• Coordinate new product development, launch (internal & external) and follow up
• Analyze, adjust, and propose suitable strategy based on market information regarding market trends, competitor activity, and the need for development of new and existing products.
• Close coordination with internal cross-function teams: Technical Team, Product Development and Customers Sales to ensure smooth collaboration in achieving target.
Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor degree with at least 5-year work experience including 3-year experience as Sales Executive or Key Account handling Sales and Marketing activities in partnership with Distributor, preferably from Food or FMCG industry managing Industry or Large Accounts Channel.
• Sound business development knowledge of retail channel customers and business model.
• Previous hands-on exposure to customers or trade marketing is a plus.
• Experience in managing various business target, budget, and portfolio to grow business in the area.
• Cultural awareness and experience of diversity management.
• Proficient business level of English.
