Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on preparing BoQ for new store opening or renovation
• Store maintenance work management, follow up request from store/operation and vendors and ensure the completion
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks across cross-functional team
• Project monitoring and managing within deliverables timeline, including site surveys and assessment to ensure project is executed properly
• Supports Project Manager with clients communications, providing updates, and potential adjustments
• Coordinate and liase with vendors and landlords to ensure smooth flow of the project
• Monitor and manage proper documentation throughout project lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Designer or any related field
• 3-4 years of experience on project management/construction
• Willing to travel across country
• Mastering Autocad and or Sketchup
• Strong organizational and analytical skill with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Upgoing personality with good communication skill to liaise with clients, vendors, landlord, and internal team
• Mastering excel is a plus
• English speaking
