About this position

The Finance Analyst - Reporting is responsible for financial analysis and reporting to support the Business Unit and corporation, ensuring compliance and providing critical financial insights to management.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for financial analysis (revenue, cost & margin) in support of the Business Unit and corporation’s reporting.
• Coordinating and maintaining accounting activities and preparing the monthly financial report to support the Business Unit and internal related parties.
• Performing financial analysis on the forecast and operating results.
• Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing weekly, monthly & and quarterly business unit revenue & and performance to identify gaps and recommend remedial measures.
• Developing, providing, and communicating critical financial insight to Management / Business Unit team leaders to assist in driving a highly successful financial company’s target.
• Ensuring alignment of financial reporting to compliance and the integrity and documentation of all financial reporting associated with the operation team.
• Building strong analysis, planning & and prioritization of larger and complex tasks – month-end closing, quarterly and monthly business unit’s financial P&L forecast, and Annual Operation Budgeting (AOP).
• Assisting the Director/VP of Finance with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• BBA, MBA, in Financial, Accounting, or related field.
• 5-7 years of diversified financial experience.
• Good to very good in English, both speaking and writing.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, costing, and tax operations.
• Possess analytical skills and the abilities to formulate action plans, oversee, follow up, evaluate, communicate, and coordinate.
