About this position

ตำแหน่งวิทยากร (113) มีหน้าที่ในการกำกับดูแลมาตรฐานสถานีบริการและเป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยายให้กับผู้แทนฯ และทีม Mobile รวมถึงการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการให้บริการ.

Responsibilities

• กำกับดูแลมาตรฐานสถานีบริการ
• เป็นวิทยากรในการบรรยายสื่อความมาตรฐานสถานีบริการให้กับ ผู้แทนฯ และทีม Mobile
• พัฒนา ปรับปรุง ออกแบบมาตรฐานการให้บริการ พนักงานหน้างาน เพื่อให้เป็นผู้นำด้านการบริการอยู่เสมอ
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และความเป็นมาตรฐานของสถานีบริการ เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับผู้แทนจำหน่าย
• กำกับดูแลพนักงาน Mobile ที่รับผิดชอบให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้สำเร็จ

Requirements

• ขับรถได้และสามารถที่จะเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดได้
• เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับทีมงาน และผู้แทนจำหน่าย สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้
• นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ และหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา หรือโอกาสเพิ่มเติม
• มีความเรียนรู้เร็ว
• สามารถปฏิบัติงาน/เดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้
• มีใบขับขี่และสามารถขับรถได้
