Senior Business Analyst
About this position
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring performance, preparing reports, conducting analyses, and supporting various operational and financial processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Monitor Base Chemicals performance
• Prepare and distribute daily margin report to relevant parties
• Perform Margin Variance Analysis (MVA) for monthly production margin and provide suggestion for improvement in planning process or production margin
• Validate production margin with accounting margin to find out and understand the difference Perform mass accounting
• Perform mass balance and reconciliation for loss/gain improvement, LP tuning and process model tuning
• Address abnormal loss/gain to operation, movement and process for further improvement Perform rolling business plan
• Perform rolling business plan to update latest status on monthly basis and identify gap/room for improvement Supporting presentation/data
• Prepare supporting presentation/data to management
• Support price for feedstock (CCS price) and intermediate stream (Transferred price) to Accountant for accounting margin calculation
• Support daily inventory of crude/condensate and product lifting from PTT
• Provide data for Benchmarking
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineer or related filed.
• At least 5 years in Refinery/Petrochemical business with a strong background in supply plan
