About this position
The Logistics Analyst is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing various contracts related to logistics services, as well as creating logistics policies and maximizing efficiency and cost savings.
Responsibilities
• Develop/negotiate/execute tank/jetty rental contracts with TTT Supporting Actions
• Develop/negotiate rental contracts
• Execute to get payment approval
• Develop/negotiate/execute jetty/tank service contracts with BTF customers Supporting Actions
• Develop/negotiate service contracts
• Execute to issue invoice
• Develop/negotiate/execute pipe rack rental contracts and related O&M contracts Supporting Actions
• Develop/negotiate pipe rack rental contracts with pipe rack owners and customers
• Develop/negotiate O&M contracts for pipe rack with EFT
• Execute to issue invoice and/or get payment approval
• Coordinate to secure pipe rack for new projects
• Develop logistics policy, standard and execution Supporting Actions
• Align rental charge for BTF customers
• Standardize related logistics cost across company
• Maximize utilization, efficiency and cost saving for logistics Supporting Actions
• Optimize and support logistics facilities for new projects
• Collaborate in PTT group to enhance network optimization
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 0-5 years in Refinery/Petrochemical business with a background in supply planning
