About this position

To assist and support HRBP Managers to provide people strategy and best practices to head of Business Units or Function Heads and line managers in order to deliver GC’s talent priorities and agenda in accordance with corporate policy and strategy for corporate growth.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP Manager and Senior HR Officer (if assigned by HRBP managers) to develop people strategy and provide workforce planning to serve business objectives
• Work with line managers, VP and DM level, to design career planning and people development for talents and successors (from DM to senior level)
• Facilitate and work closely with Management in all levels to improve relationships and employee engagement.
• Support line managers on HR management and development activities such as recruitment, performance management, rotation, level advancement, appointment and secondment management.
• Assist HRBP Managers to work with HR COEs, Management, and line managers to design career planning and people development for talents and successors (from Senior level to Vice President level)
• Facilitate and work closely with Management in all levels to improve work relationships, build morale and culture and increase productivity, employee engagement and retention.
• Support Management and line managers on HR management and development activities such as recruitment, performance management, rotation, level advancement, appointment, and secondment management.
• participate with BU management in all levels for performance appraisal / issues
• Assist line manager to arrange ad-hoc/special knowledge sharing session and specific development program to develop staff competencies.
• Work with line manager on all types of resignation.
• Support on HRM issues in accordance with the GC standard procedures such as GCMS, PSM.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in human resources, Political Science or Social Science, Business Administration or related fields with strong people management and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Employee Relation, and Labor Law are preferable.
