About this position
The Financial Analyst (Trade & Funding Management) is responsible for studying and seeking new opportunities for lending and borrowing, managing loan and bond agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to support the GC group.
Responsibilities
• Study & seek new opportunity for lending & borrowing and involve in funding projects to support GC group benefit
• Cooperate with related parties in negotiate terms & conditions of loan, bond or other debt instruments and drafting agreement
• Control & manage loan and bond agreement including compliance of the covenant, representation and undertaking
• Study financial instruments together with providing proper recommendations and guidelines in order to seek new transactions for GCTC
• Update related rules and regulations under Treasury Center (TC) and International Headquarters (IHQ) License i.e. BOT, The Revenue Department (RD) that might impact GCTC’s financial policy, investment decision or financial risk management actions
• Fully support any other assignments
• Study and analyze the possibility of lending by GCTC
• Analyze and cooperate in setting financing structure
• Estimate on the most appropriate terms and conditions of facility agreement
• Cooperate with SEC, BOT and financial institutions to the execution and maintenance transactions of loan, bond and others
• Proceed interest payment and other related financial expenses for approval
• Provide BOT reports related to loan and bond on monthly basis
Requirements
• Degree : Bachelor to Master Degree
• Field : Business Administration with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related Fields
• Minimum Year : 1-3 years
