About this position

We are looking for a Software Analyst with experience in an IT Solution provider company, capable of handling end-to-end processes from gathering customer requirements to providing support. The ideal candidate should be adaptable to learning new technologies related to each project.

Responsibilities

• Software Analyst for Operation Support
• Manage application support and consult S/W & application functions and features. Response and solve application incident, request and issues.
• Perform as a lead and manager team to fix problem, root cause analysis and improvement solution. Provide information relate to S/W & application.
• Cooperate with vendors and other teams to ensure applications are met operational need.
• Create and update related document and troubleshooting.
• Other assignments from team lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Computer Engineering (GPA < 2.75), Computer Science (GPA < 3.0) or any related fields.
• At least 1 years experience for Business Analysis & 1 years + for Business Analyst /System Analyst
• Experience in coding program with C#, .Net, React, Go, Angular, Js Script MVC, API, MS SQL, SQL Query and HTML
• Strong understand in Business process of Organization especially work experience relate to Oil & Gas business is a plus.
• Strong communication with team include with have a management skill in manage team and relate member on each project.
• Adaptive to learn with a new technology and methodology and Problem-Solving issue both for technical and peoples.
• Having Data analytic skill is a plus
• Strong command of English both reading and speaking
• TOEIC required score 550 at least as the minimum specification (must be have a score before sign contract with company)
