Senior SAP Consultant (HCM )
About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Key Users and Business Owners to gather and analyze business requirements, offering expertise in business process optimization and fit-gap analysis to align system functionality with business objectives.
• Design, document, and validate detailed functional specifications, including application flows, business logic, user interfaces, reports, and data structures.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end process in defining and configuring the SAP HCM & SuccessFactor module, ensuring that system functionality meets business needs.
• Perform comprehensive impact analyses and develop strategic implementation or enhancement plans in coordination with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Database, Infrastructure), ensuring the alignment of project deliverables.
• Review and validate technical specifications, prepare user documentation, and lead training programs for both Key Users and End Users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Lead and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, ensuring thorough validation of the solution before deployment.
• Provide expert-level support post-Go-Live, analyzing and addressing system incidents, identifying root causes, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants, ensuring knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields minimum GPA: 2.5 for IT-related fields, and 3.0 for other fields.
• At least 4-7 years of experience as a SAP Consultant, specializing in the SAP HCM & Success Factor module, with a proven track record in successful project implementations or enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Module of Organization Structure, PA, Time Management & SAP Success Factor: Payrolls, Benefits with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver strategic solutions that meet business objectives.
• Experience in leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing post-Go-Live support.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP HCM Module of Organization Structure, PA, Time Management.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP Success Factor Module of Payrolls, Benefits.
• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, business process management, and project management methodologies.
• Technical expertise in SAP project implementation, system enhancements, and configuration.
• Good understanding of data analytics (a plus).
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
• Proficiency in English, with a minimum TOEIC score of 550.
