About this position

The Senior Account Executive (IT Product) is responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling IT products and services to existing and prospective customers while maintaining positive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Present, Promote and sell products/services using solid argument to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefits and need analysis of existing /potential customer to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members & other division to deliver result meet or beyond the customer need.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaint or objections.
• Analyze the territory / market’s potential track sales and status reports.
• Expedite the resolutions of customer problems and complaint to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer, IT or other related fields (GPA 2.75 in Engineering, 3.00 in IT or other related field).
• At least 4 years’ experience in managing sales, Marketing, Business development.
• Experience based on Account Executive of IT’s product as infrastructure product (Network (Cisco,Huawei,etc.) Server (on-premise,cloud), Cybersecurity, Telecommunication ,etc. for 5 years at least.
• Basic Network skill such as CISCO, Aruba, etc.
• Basic knowledge and skill of Server/Storage/Cloud Skill such as Window, Linux, Azure, AWS, Google cloud, etc.
• Basic Knowledge and skill of security as CISCO, Paloalto, Fortigate, etc.
• Knowledge in Financial analysis, TAX knowledge, Bidding.
• Have a Reporting and Presentation skill.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with high motivation and result orientation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey messages between technical & non-technical teams.
• Quick learner, looking for new challenges.
• A CAN DO attitude and friendly disposition.
• TOEIC required score at least 550 as the minimum specification.
