Project Manager
About this position
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and controlling project costs, resources, and schedules for IT solutions project implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
• Manage and Control project cost, resource and schedule of IT Solutions project implementation.
• Prepare project management documents such as Project Plan, Project Meeting Document, Kick off meeting, Project Progress Report, Minute of meeting, Deliverable sign off and so on.
• Manage overall of working process for each project to control project's quality and timeline in case for deliver product to meet time line.
• Arrange the necessary project meeting such as Steering Committee meeting, Progress meeting, Internal Project Meeting.
• Coordinate and Work with the customer, vendor or third party that related on each project to get successfully implementation.
• Be a mentor for project member including consultants, technician and support to submit the quality project deliverable on-time and coaching if needed.
• Manage for billing process to the customer following the project mile-stones.
• Establish positive client relationships during engagement for high client satisfaction, quick deployment.
• Update on new products, business trends and customers requirement needs.
• Being an assistant in assist team on each project (BA/SA/QA in teams) if needed an assistant.
• Be a mentor and train consultants for product knowledge and implementation methodology.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Computer, Computer Science (GPA higher than 3.0), Computer Engineering (GPA higher than 2.75) or related fields.
• Experience in the role of Project Manager, Technical Team Lead, or Senior Business Analyst for IT solutions with at least 5 years of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of project management frameworks and project management life cycle.
• Experience in managing project resource management, time plans, or project budgets.
• Familiarity with IT consulting methodologies and IT solutions implementation.
• Knowledge of business trends and customer requirements in the IT industry.
• Understanding of legal requirements related to IT, such as data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA or GDPR).
• Experience in guiding or mentoring project members, including consultants and technical teams.
• Familiarity with billing processes based on project milestones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in checking and challenging information provided.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a multi-national team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong command of English (Required TOEIC score of at least 600).
