Project Manager - Contract
About this position
The Project Manager - Contract is responsible for overseeing project management frameworks, ensuring quality delivery, and supporting project and program managers in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
• Project Management framework, process, tools & methodology
• Tracking and monitoring the progress of the project management office and the projects and programs assigned to it.
• Auditing the project & product quality delivered from the organization's project managers to ensure the products, service or results are satisfied to the customers.
• Organizing and facilitating project closures, as well as completing benefit analysis at the end of the project
• Responsible for tracking the project performance
• Maintaining existing departmental and project management office policies and procedure
• Monitoring, forecasting and budgeting project expenditure of the whole project executions
• Continuing to update and improve project standardization and methodologies.
• Producing a weekly/monthly project performance status report
• Supporting all project and program managers with project management admin tasks.
• Reviewing, collating, maintaining and highlighting changes to project plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor (with GPA at least 2.75) or Master degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Experience of working in role of Project manager or Team lead of IT solutions at least 5 years.
• Experience in managing budgets, project resource management
• Fundamental knowledge of project management and project management life cycle.
• Clear understanding the existing PTT Digital project management process, tools & techniques.
• Project Management skills.
• Leadership
• The individual will need to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, in checking and challenging information provided.
• Good communication and Good working as a team.
• Strong command of English (Required TOEIC score at least 600)
• Ability to work independently and proactively in multi-national team.
