About this position

The position of Network Engineer based in Songkla is a contract role focused on overseeing system maintenance and infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise the team for system maintenance and various infrastructures routinely
• Plan and control operations to repairs and maintenance (Corrective and Preventive Maintenance) including lifecycle planning for Infrastructure systems with Vendors, customers, and various service providers.
• Analyze impacts on security, operation, and peak performance for the Infrastructure system.
• Plan improvement work according to the change process (Change management).
• Design, control installation and Participate to test the BCM emergency plan and keep relevant documents up-to-date.
• Provide advice and give the recommendation to the team for Day to Day Technical operations.
• Control and supervise the team in solving problems that happened to Various related infrastructure within the specified time period.
• Provide support with expertise in various technologies with relevant agencies and people for Root Cause Analysis to ensure that problems that occur are resolved using the correct methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, or related fields
• Strong knowledge on Cisco CCNP, CCNA, Cisco is a plus
• 1-3 year of experience as Network Engineer or Telecommunication Engineer
• Excellence interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Able to travel to upcountry occasionally
• Good command of Thai and English
