About this position

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, focusing on product and service presentations while ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for product and service presentations across various channels, ensuring alignment with organizational business objectives.
• Product Marketing Oversight: Supervise the analysis of company products and services, collaborating with Product/Service Owners to refine marketing messages that emphasize customer benefits. Oversee market analysis to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
• Service Package Development: Direct the design and analysis of service models and pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness in the market while encouraging customer engagement and loyalty.
• Event Marketing Management: Strategize and oversee the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing events to promote the company’s products and services. Ensure effective communication of the company’s achievements through participation in various marketing initiatives.
• Lead Generation and Opportunity Management: Establish and manage processes for identifying target customer segments for service offerings. Oversee the acquisition of contact databases and lead qualification, ensuring effective engagement strategies that lead to successful sales opportunities.
• Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing operations and progress against strategic goals, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team, providing guidance and support for additional marketing activities as assigned. Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to enhance sales opportunities and service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
• Extensive experience in Leadership and Management role
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders (internal & External)
• Strong Project planning and Management skills
• Ability to manage Marketing Budgets and Resources effectively
• Proficiency in analyzing data and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or other marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, and data analytics
• Creative and Strategic thinking for business growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and strategies clearly
• Good command of English
