About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and liaise with government and private entities to ensure compliance and smooth operation of HR processes.
• Travel to different provinces as required to attend significant events such as weddings and auspicious ceremonies, representing the company and providing support to our employees.
• Manage and oversee logistics for travel and event participation, ensuring that all arrangements are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Provide support in various HR tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience related to HR Operation at least 1 years.
• Have a skill of data analytic and good at excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.).
• Have a skill in presentation management include with communication and negotiate skill.
• Have a driving's license for participate in HR's activities in others province.
• Proven experience in HR operations, especially in coordination with government and private sectors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
